My Story

Third Avenue Soaps was created out of my passion for skincare and how it affects skin health.  I am an allergy sufferer and sensitive to some commercial products. Secondly, I noticed that many skincare products were lacking beneficial ingredients and actives or were placed very low on the ingredient list.  I then began learning and researching cosmetic formulating.  After crafting cold process soaps and lotions for a time I then shared my creations with family, friends and coworkers. They enjoyed their results from my products and encouraged me to start a business.  I love what I do and take pride in my formulations and products. I cant explain the overwhelming joy I receive when a customer tells me that my products made a difference in their skin.  I hope you will see the love and attention that I put into my products.

I am a Critical Care Registered Nurse and my husband is a K-9 Sheriff Deputy. We reside in Haubstadt with our pups River, Leisel and K-9 Duke.
